The Billing page shows your current plan, service period, invoices and available subscription controls. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Stripe-hosted Checkout confirms the selected currency, amount, applicable taxes and transaction terms. Free does not require a card and does not automatically become paid.

For a purchase or service problem, contact support with the approximate time, workspace and purchase reference. Never send card details, passwords or session links. Stripe/Link also provides transaction and refund support for Managed Payments; the transaction terms and applicable mandatory rights govern refund requests.

Cancellation, account closure and a refund are separate actions. Use Billing to open Stripe subscription management. Ordinary cancellation stops renewal at the end of the confirmed service period. Closing TenderClue access does not cancel a subscription automatically. A refund does not itself cancel future renewal. No additional discretionary refund promise is made here, and mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.
