Everything in TenderClue works on this website. These steps take you from sign-in to a shortlist, monitoring and analysis.
1. Sign in
Sign in with an available method. Sessions last up to 24 hours; after that you sign in again and return to the same page.
2. Describe and approve your company
Enter what you deliver, where you work and your languages. Certificates, turnover and supporting materials are optional; anything you leave empty stays unknown, never assumed. Nothing is used until you approve it.
3. Search
Use keywords and filters for country, status, CPV codes, stated value and deadline. A search uses one unit of your allowance; repeating it or browsing its pages within 15 minutes is free.
4. Read the evidence
Each opportunity shows the original title, buyer, lot or procedure, value with its currency and meaning, and the controlling deadline. Reasons, blockers and unknowns link to the original notice text. TenderClue never claims you are eligible.
5. Keep a shortlist
Save, investigate or dismiss opportunities. Your shortlist is private to you; a dismissal reason is your own note.
6. Monitor and read changes
Save a search as a monitor. TenderClue records the matches that exist today and then shows new matches and changes to watched notices. An active monitor does not mean email alerts are on.
7. Request an analysis
When available, an evidence analysis collects verified original excerpts from the notice and supported documents. Earlier analyses stay readable on the Analyses page and opening them never starts new work.
8. Manage your workspace and account
Invite team members, choose which profiles and monitors are active in your plan, manage billing, export your data or close your account from the website.
Assistant connections (optional)
You do not need an AI assistant to use TenderClue. A connection for compatible assistants is an optional extra.
