We use your sign-in email and provider identity to maintain your account. Your workspace stores approved company profiles, saved opportunities, monitor criteria, notification preferences and work history. Billing records identify purchases and confirmed service periods. Access credentials are excluded from the account export.
Cloudflare hosts the application, stored records, evidence analysis and opted-in tender alerts. Google Firebase provides sign-in. Stripe/Link handles Managed Payments transactions and transaction support. Each provider also holds records of its own operations. Public procurement evidence is stored separately from private workspace work.
Account and workspace records support sign-in, search, saved work and billing verification. Tender emails require a separate opt-in and can be disabled in Settings. Essential cookies maintain your session. Language is an essential interface preference, separate from optional analytics consent. Analytics is not required to use the service.
Where GDPR applies, processing grounds follow the operator's published policy: performance of the requested service or steps before a contract; legitimate interests in operating, securing and documenting a business service; consent for optional analytics and marketing; and applicable accounting, tax and dispute obligations. Optional consent remains separate from account access.
You can export your account and current workspace records from Settings. Closing local access revokes sessions and app connections and records a deletion request. Provider cleanup, shared workspace data, billing obligations and backups require separate review; deletion remains pending until those steps are verified. Service records are retained while needed to provide the requested account and handle its closure. Financial, security and dispute records may be retained where necessary for applicable obligations. Public-source evidence and historical recovery archives are managed separately; closing an account does not erase other members’ work or public source history. Contact support for the retention and deletion status of your records.
Contact support to request access, correction, erasure or other applicable data protection rights, or to ask about provider-held records. The European Commission explains these rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
